La Presse turns the page on paper edition

La Presse’s founders would be happy to see the new direction their paper is taking, says the paper’s deputy managing editor, Éric Trottier.
The 133-year-old daily marks the end of an era Saturday, when its last print edition rolls off the presses.
By eliminating printing and distribution costs, the paper can now focus entirely on digital journalism, Trottier said.
