Kindness rocks appearing in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

Two Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue residents are doing their part to spread a little kindness in their neighbourhood. As Global’s Anne Leclair reports, they’re encouraging people to write a positive message on rocks and place them around the municipality.
