Judge's past comments questioned during manslaughter sentencing
A Quebec Court Judge has been placed in the rare and very awkward position of having to determine if comments she made in the past, when she was a defence lawyer, are evidence she was prejudiced against police officers when she convicted one of manslaughter last year.
