Judge says Quebec violated Christian group's freedom of expression

A Quebec Superior Court judge has ordered the provincial government and a former tourism minister to pay more than $60,000 to an anti-abortion group after ruling that Caroline Proulx unlawfully breached a contract and violated the organization's freedom of expression in 2023.
