Journalists don't have to reveal sources in UPAC leaks: judge
QUEBEC – Quebec journalists Marie-Maude Denis and Louis Lacroix will not have to testify in court as part of a case looking into leaks at Quebec’s anti-corruption unit.
On Monday, a Quebec Court judge said lawyers acting on behalf of two former Liberals charged with corruption, Nathalie Normandeau and Marc-Yvan Côté, did not present sufficiently convincing arguments to force Denis and Lacroix onto the stand.
