It's Quebec Library Week, municipal-election edition

With municipal elections just around the corner, Quebec’s Library Week is hoping to reinforce libraries’ key educational role in the communities they serve across the province.
Organizers of the Semaine des bibliothèques publiques says that libraries are the most frequently used cultural institutions in Quebec, with more than 27 million visits in 2015, compared to 20 million trips to movie theatres, 14 million to museums, and 6.7 million to concerts. They include the prov
