Indigenous Affairs Department split, 2 new ministers in Trudeau cabinet shakeup

The Ministry of Indigenous and Northern Affairs is being split into two departments as part of a federal cabinet shakeup that also sees New Brunswick MP Ginette Petitpas Taylor elevated to minister of health and backbench MP Seamus O'Regan installed as Veterans Affairs minister.
