Improvements made to Place Bell after mishaps during Killers concert

The city of Laval said it put in place improvements to the Place Bell amphitheatre after hundreds were forced to wait outdoors to attend a concert over the weekend.
Many of those who attended The Killers’ concert on Saturday night had to deal with parking lot gridlock and sound problems that forced the interruption of the music on four occasions. People who parked in the indoor lot reported waiting an hour or more to get out after the concert.
