Icy sidewalks in some Montreal boroughs

Mon, Jan 29: It’s been one week since the ice storm covered Montreal with freezing rain. As Global’s Billy Shields reports, residents are furious officials still haven’t properly cleaned the sidewalks in some parts of the city, making it very difficult to get around.
