Hydro-Québec warns customers about phishing messages

Hydo-Québec is warning customers not to disclose personal information on websites pretending to be the company after some individuals have reported receiving fraudulent text messages with links to sites asking for credit card information. 
Hydro-Québec assured the public that it doesn’t communicate with its customers through text message and asks anyone who receives a suspicious message to report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre by calling 1-888-495-8501.
