Héma-Québec employees give unions a strike mandate
Employees of Héma-Québec, which runs the province’s blood supply, voted 99 per cent on Sunday in favour of an unlimited general strike mandate to be used when deemed appropriate.
Contract negotiation talks have stalled over salaries since 2016, officials from Héma-Québec unions in Montreal said in a statement.
