Highway 40 eastbound near Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge reopens, several hours after collision

Quebec's Transport Ministry shut down Highway 40 eastbound near the entrance of the Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge at the western tip of Montreal for several hours Tuesday, turning the commute in the area into a nightmare.
