Hemmingford, Que., takes mulligan on massive golf course redevelopment plans

There were plans to create up to 647 housing units during a redevelopment opportunity at the Hemmingford Golf Club. The township has now backtracked, saying plans were not approved by province, and concerns from residents have been heard.
