Hateful package sent to Quebec City mosque "a cowardly act" – Couillard
Sending a package filled with hateful messages to the Centre culturel islamique de Québec – the Quebec City mosque where six men were shot and killed this January – is a repugnant and unacceptable act, Quebec premier Philippe Couillard said Wednesday.
“These are Quebecers who are Muslim and no one deserves to be treated in that manner,” Couillard told reporters as he attended a meeting of the Council of the Federation in Edmonton. “It’s a cowardly act.
