Grand Splash: Mayor Valérie Plante jumps into the St. Lawrence River

Montreal Mayor Valérie Plante jumped into the St. Lawrence River on Tuesday as part of the annual Grand Splash event.
It’s the fourth time Plante has taken part in the event, but her first as mayor.
