Gilbert Rozon selling shares in Just for Laughs

MONTREAL — Gilbert Rozon is selling his ownership stake in Just For Laughs amid a scandal in which he is accused of sexual misconduct.
The news of the sale was confirmed Friday by Just For Laughs. Jean-David Pelletier, responsible for communications for the festival, said simply that Rozon is selling his shares, and “everything that he owns” in the company.
