'Fundamentally failed': U.S. vows major overhaul as NAFTA talks formally begin

U.S. President Donald Trump wants a major overhaul of the North American Trade Agreement to improve the deal that has "fundamentally failed" many Americans, U.S. trade representative Robert Lighthizer said today as renegotiation talks formally kicked off in Washington.
