From the archives: Architect Ostell left his mark on Montreal
This story was first published on Nov. 15, 2014, in the Montreal Gazette.It was something of a scoop. On Nov. 12, 1835, The Gazette and La Minerve announced the results of a competition to build a new custom house in the city.
