Frigid waters were no match for determined fundraisers
Wearing costumes and uniforms of all shapes and sizes, 36 teams jumped into the frigid waters of Lac St-Louis near the Lachine Canoe Club and raised $55,000 for the Special Olympics Québec, Feb. 17.
