Quebec’s asparagus season usually begins in late May and lasts for a month, but all the rain we had in the spring delayed the season by at least a week.
That means we can find Quebec-grown asparagus in grocery stores and produce markets later than usual.
But it is the end of the season, so you have to make sure what you’re picking is fresh. Charles Gingras, one of the owne
