Fraud charges laid against Montreal restaurants, managers

Revenue Quebec announced that it laid 39 charges of fraud against several companies listed under the names of Restaurant Japon Sushi Bar and Bistro Sawadika, both located in St-Laurent, and their managers.
The agency hopes to recoup $1.6 million in unpaid taxes after managers were charged with failing to submit tax revenue to the government in accordance with the law.
