Fourth safe-injection site opens in Montreal

A new safe-injection site has opened in Montreal, bringing to four the number of sites in the city.
Public Health Minister Lucie Charlebois made the announcement Wednesday.
The site is operated by the community organization Spectre de Rue and the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal.
Two other safe-injection sites, operated by CACTUS Montreal and Dopamine, opened this year. There is also a mobile unit that offers safe-injection services, operated by Anonyme.
Plans for the
