Four stowaways found in Montreal shipping container to be released from custody

Four men who were found hiding inside a shipping container that was brought into the Port of Montreal last week will be released from custody.
During a hearing before the Immigration and Refugee Board at Complex Guy-Favreau on Friday, an IRB member was informed the four men, who are from Georgia and are refugee claimants, do not have criminal records. They also were in possession of authentic passports and Canadian authorities are convinced of their identities.
