Fortier throws support behind Projet Montréal's Valérie Plante

Jean Fortier’s name will be on the Montreal mayoral ballot Nov. 5, but he won’t be voting for himself.
Instead, he’ll support one-time rival Valérie Plante of Projet Montréal, and he wants other Montrealers to follow suit.
