Former Montreal cop known as ‘Officer 728’ cited for ethics violation

In a decision issued last Friday, former Montreal police officer Stéfanie Trudeau was found guilty of five ethics code violations, including excessive force and negligently putting the health and safety of Julian Menezes at risk.
