Former Hudson town manager’s labour complaint dismissed
A Quebec labour tribunal dismissed a former Hudson town manager’s claim of wrongful dismissal against the Town of Hudson, June 26, more than two years after the case opened.
In a written ruling, tribunal judge Mylène Alder states that former director general Catherine Haulard “chose to quit her position” by refusing to report to work after the town had suspended without pay for 10 days up to March 6, 2015.
