Flowers not planted again in Greenfield Park

A flowerbed that is supposed to spell out “Greenfield Park,” the name of Longueuil’s English-speaking borough, is still sitting empty. As Global’s Paola Samuel reports, residents were dismayed to find out several flowerbeds spelling out “Longueuil” have already been planted.
