Five ethics citations upheld against ex-cop Stéfanie Trudeau

Quebec’s police ethics committee has upheld five citations against Stéfanie Trudeau, the now former Montreal police officer whose aggressive arrests became a focus of attention after recordings of them were posted online.
The ethics committee ruling, rendered last Friday, examined an incident in May 2012 that began when Trudeau and her partner Constantinos Samaras issued a ticket to a cyclist around 2:30 a.m. at the corner of Mont-Royal Ave. E and de la Roche St.
