Firefighters combat five-alarm blaze in downtown Montreal

Firefighters have set up a security perimetre in the heart of downtown to fight a fire on Stanley St. north of Sherbrooke St. W. 
Authorities, who upgraded the fire from four to five alarm, are urging Montrealers to avoid the area and warn that they might have to cut power in the area as they combat the blaze. 
Montreal police spokesperson Benoit Boisselle did not have any further information about the blaze, which broke out Saturday morning.
