Ferrandez unveils coming election campaign

Plateau Mont-Royal borough mayor Luc Ferrandez has announced he’ll seek a third term in the municipal election in November.
Ferrandez, a member of Projet Montréal party, made the announcement on Thursday morning. He was surrounded by the party’s slate of candidates for borough council. 
Projet Montréal occupies all seats on the borough council. 
Among his plans for a third mandate, Ferrandez said he’ll create five new public squares in Plateau Mont-Royal
