Federal government looks to lease icebreakers from Quebec shipyard Davie

The federal government will launch negotiations Friday for the lease of four icebreakers from Davie, the Quebec shipyard at the centre of the RCMP's investigation against suspended Vice-Admiral Mark Norman.
