The final part in a series of profiles about Westmount day centre the Open Door.
David Chapman walks up the frozen church steps with a pair of boots hidden behind his back.
He stops next to a young man and flashes a triumphant smile. “What size shoes do you wear, Josh?” Chapman asks.
“Ten and-a-half,” he replies, pausing to take a drag of his cigarette.
