Dragon-boat benefit for cancer patients breaks half-million mark

More than $500,000 was raised at the 12th edition of the Dragon Boat Race & Festival in Lachine, Sept. 9.
The money goes to the Cedars Cancer Foundation CanSupport program, which offers practical and psychological assistance to cancer patients at the McGill University Health Centre.
