Don't impulse buy a rabbit this Easter weekend: agriculture ministry

During this Easter period, the  the Quebec ministry of agriculture, fisheries, and food (MAPAQ) is warning against the purchase of chicks, ducklings and rabbits.
The ministry says decisions to buy such animals must be “carefully considered.”
