Despite Quebec construction holiday, thousands remain on work sites

Quebec may be in the midst of a construction holiday, but try telling that to the workers toiling away on 380 job sites across the province.
While it’s true that thousands of Quebec’s labourers are on a legally mandated two-week break, most of the province’s critical infrastructure work rages on.
The massive Turcot Interchange project, for instance, is one of the 380 active sites on Transport Quebec’s network of roads and highways.
