Defective beam on Pont de Québec means partial closure

Transport Quebec engineers have discovered a damaged beam supporting the Pont de Québec, linking the capital to its south shore suburbs. Traffic has been reduced to one lane until August 27 to allow for repair work, so the bridge will be fully open again in time for back to school.
