Deadly 2017 plane crash in northern Quebec caused by pilot flying at low altitude, TSB finds

Transportation Safety Board says pilot of the small plane, which crashed in April 2017 in Schefferville, Que., killing two on board, chose to fly at a low altitude due to "mental fatigue and an altered risk perception."
