Daycare workers set to strike Monday, affecting more than 21,000 children

Barring a last-minute reprieve, more than 21,000 children won’t be able to go to daycare on Monday because of a strike by educators.
Picket lines will be going up Monday morning at hundreds of daycares around the province.
