Daycare workers set to strike Monday, affecting more than 21,000 children

Barring a last-minute reprieve, more than 21,000 children won’t be able to go to daycare on Monday because of a strike by educators.
Picket lines will be going up Monday morning at hundreds of daycares around the province.
In Montreal, more than 2,000 workers are to picket in front of about 107 facilities.
