Côte-des-Neiges residents stuck with makeshift bathrooms

Thu, Jun 21: A complicated water main break forced hundreds of Côte-des-Neiges residents to use portable toilets outside their home. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, the tenants in the 200-unit apartment building were without water for nearly 48 hours.
