Crumbling road causes rush hour headaches for Victoria Bridge motorist

Montreal police have been deployed on the Montreal side of the Victoria Bridge Friday morning after a section of road surface on Mill St. gave way.
The officers have blocked off Mill St. as a precaution, choking off a main thoroughfare usually used by motorists to access Old Montreal and downtown.
The cause and extent of the damage to road has yet to be determined.
