Criminal trial delays drop dramatically in Quebec a year after Jordan ruling

The time it takes to complete a criminal trial in Quebec has been nearly halved since the Supreme Court handed down the Jordan ruling, but it has caused delays in other areas of the justice system, says one of Quebec's top judges.
