Credit card interest rates in Canada are way too high
The summer is here, and vacations, restaurants and gadgets are all one click away. It can almost be impossible to stay disciplined.
According to credit agencies TransUnion and Equifax, as of March 2017, the average non-mortgage debt for Canadians increased to about $22,000, of which about $3,900 is in credit card debt — the most expensive way to borrow money.
