CRARR backs call for public consultations on systemic racism

A former Projet Montréal candidate’s call for a public consultation on systemic racism has received support from Montreal’s Centre for Research-Action on Race Relations (CRARR).
In a statement published on Monday, CRARR said it supported a call by Balarama Holness, who ran unsuccessfully as borough mayor in Montreal North during the Nov. 5 municipal election, that a public consultation be held on the issue.
Holness made headlines in December when he promised to launch legal ac
