Court refuses injunction to prevent asylum-seekers from entering Quebec

Quebec Superior Court has dismissed an injunction filed by a Montreal doctor to close unauthorized entry points at the American border to prevent new asylum-seekers from entering Quebec.
On Friday, Judge Michel Yergeau rejected the request for an injunction filed by Dr. Paul Clifford Blais, La Presse reported.
