Contractor abandons works site in Pointe-Claire

The contractor responsible for rebuilding Cartier Avenue in Pointe-Claire has filed for bankruptcy protection, abandoned its construction vehicles and pulled workers from the site. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, the unfinished job has merchants and residents concerned.
