Commuter questioned after bus driver beaten with baseball bat

Sherbrooke police will question a 24-year-old man Thursday morning after a local bus driver was struck in the head with a baseball bat Wednesday evening.
The suspect was arrested at the Université de Sherbrooke terminal for the bus line, and the motive for the attack remains unclear, with the suspect only being described for the moment as being a public transit user.
The driver’s injuries are not deemed to be life threatening.
