Coderre to remove Rozon as fundraiser, laments attempt to 'politicize'

Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre said he was “shocked” when he heard about the allegations of sexual misconduct and assault against Quebec impresario and businessman Gilbert Rozon.
Rozon was the commissioner of Montreal’s 375th anniversary celebrations, appointed in 2012 by then-mayor Gérald Tremblay, and a fundraiser for Coderre during his re-election bid.
