Cleanup to begin after Saint-Polycarpe train derailment

Crews are on the ground in Saint-Polycarpe after 25 of 95 cars of a Canadian Pacific freight train jumped the tracks. Thankfully no hazardous materials were spilled, but as Global’s Dan Spector explains, cleaning up the mess will not be easy.
