Class-action suit against Bell over fee increases allowed to proceed

A class-action suit against Bell in Quebec over fee increases on television, internet and phone services has been authorized to proceed by Superior Court Justice Robert Castiglio.
Joseph Frainetti, the plaintiff in this case, alleges that he was cheated by Bell Canada, Bell Express Vu and Bell Mobility when they made changes to contracts without providing clear notifications starting in November 2012.
