City square landscape design to be determined by int'l competition

An international landscaping competition will determine the development of Place des Montréalaises, a city square near the Champ-de-Mars métro station, mayor Denis Coderre announced Wednesday at the city’s executive committee’s weekly meeting. 
The square was given its name Wednesday at an unveiling where Coderre was present.
